The Rebuilding Lives Initiative (RLI) is a nonprofit that blends Hands Up Outreach Centers and Fusion Cafés into a unified model of care.

• At Hands Up, families and individuals connect quickly to housing, job coaching, healthcare, and legal aid.

• At the Fusion Café, youth and adults train side-by-side in hospitality, advocacy, and leadership while serving the community.

• Through Advocacy in Action, residents gain skills to speak with officials, organize events, and use digital tools for change.
